Zucchini Pesto Pasta

For pesto – fresh basil 1 cup, pine nuts ¼ cup, shredded parmesan cheese ¼ cup, garlic

minced x 2, extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup, fresh lemon 1 Tablespoon, salt & pepper to taste–

Blend Well

Zucchini – x 1 (for two servings) spiral and sauté in pan in extra virgin olive oil on medium heat

for a few minutes
