Frozen Chocolate Yogurt Peanut Butter Pops
Ingredients (Four)
1 1/2 Cups of Toasted Coconut Vanilla Greek Yogurt
4 Tbsp of Powdered Peanut Butter (I use PB Fit Sugar-free)
1Cup Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Chopped Nuts
Instructions (Makes Six)
Mix the yogurt and peanut butter together well - Add sticks – Freeze for an hour
Melt the chocolate in microwave (30 sec intervals) x 2 with 1 tsp of coconut oil
Add your chopped nuts (be aware of allergies)
Now dip your bites in the chocolate and nuts and freeze again for an hour.
