One Minute Meditation for Celebrating that Spring is in the Air
Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs. Hold for a moment, then gently exhale through your mouth, letting go of any tension.
With each breath, feel the warmth of the season approaching. Imagine the soft sunlight warming your skin and the fresh air around you.
Visualize the earth awakening, flowers blooming, and trees budding with new life. As spring brings renewal, allow yourself to embrace growth, both within and around you.
Inhale the energy of new beginnings, exhale any doubts. Feel a sense of clarity and hope filling your heart.
