Healthy Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients for 4 servings
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 TB Dijon mustard
2 TB of pickle relish
Pinch of salt & pepper
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 tsp of garlic & onion powder
4-8 pieces of bib lettuce
2 TB chopped fresh parley
Directions
Whisk yogurt, mustard, relish, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Chop eggs and transfer to the bowl. Add your powders and stir to combine. Divide the egg salad among the wraps and top with fresh parsley.
