One Minute Meditation for Anxiety

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position. Mine is always Easy Pose. Close your eyes and take a moment to settle in. Position your hands where you like them.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs… and exhale slowly through your mouth, letting go of any tension you may have.

Inhale deeply again, counting to four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Hold that breath for a moment. Now, exhale slowly, counting to six… 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. This breathing will help you relax.

As you continue to breathe, bring your attention to your body. Notice any areas where you might feel tight or uncomfortable. With each exhale, imagine releasing that tension.

Visualize a warm, yellow light surrounding you. This light represents calm, warmth, and safety. As you breathe in, imagine it entering your body, filling you with peace and love. As you exhale, visualize any worries or anxiety dissolve in the air.

Now, focus on your thoughts. Acknowledge any anxious thoughts that may arise but imagine them as clouds passing through the sky. They’re there, but they don’t need to stay. Let them drift away and be gone.

Take one more deep breath in, feeling that warmth and calm… and exhale, releasing anything that no longer serves you to be healthy.

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel, Keep the tranquility with you.

Always remember to like, follow, and share to support others.

Namaste and remember… WE are Limitless
