Strawberry Coconut Shortcake Frozen Yogurt Bites

 

Ingredients for 6-8 

2   5.3 oz containers of Chobani zero sugar coconut vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup of fresh chopped strawberries

½ cup of organic unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes

½ cup chopped freeze-dried strawberries

1 cup of sugar free white chocolate chips, melted 

Directions  

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix your chopped strawberries into your yogurt

Dollop one large spoonful of your yogurt on to your baking sheet (you can use popsicle sticks if you like)

Freeze for 1 hour

Dip them in your melted white chocolate

Sprinkle your freeze-dried strawberries and coconut over them

Place back in freezer for 30 minutes
