My program is meant for you to learn a new practice each week. Meaning, I would like for you to start each new practice on a Sunday or Monday and repeat that practice and meditation piece every other day for a week. Then start with the next week and repeat each weekly practice for a month. Then you will move on to a new style of Yoga next month.

So enjoy, breathe, relax, and learn for your health. I know for me, I feel calmer, more flexible, healthier---physically and mentally, and more sound.
