Chocolate Protein Iced Coffee Drink or Shake

Ingredients

Ice

Coffee

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Chocolate Protein Powder

Fruit Berry

 

Directions

Fill ½ glass with ice.

Add 1 cup of cooled coffee (I use decaffeinated).

Add 1-2 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder

Add ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk.

Stir

Top with your favorite berry.

 

For a shake version, blend until smooth for 30-45 seconds.

 

Tip: Most people like to add fancy syrups for more flavor. Why? Those can be low in sugar but usually have artificial and natural flavors in them. You know how I feel about that☹
