Peanut Butter & Jelly Chocolate Mini Cups

Makes one Dozen

Ingredients

PB fit Sugar Free Peanut Butter Powder, 2 Tablespoons of powder and 1 ½ Tablespoon of water, mix.

Any low sugar preserves (hard to find without natural or artificial flavors). I like Skinnygirl preserves, 1/4 cup or you can make your own using erythritol sugar.

Bake Believe or Lilly’s Dark Chocolate Chips – Stevia sweetened and 55% Cocoa, ¾ cup.

1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

Directions

Melt your chocolate and coconut in the microwave for approximately 30-45 seconds. Stir till all the chocolate is melted.

Pour a teaspoon into your lined cups.

Add your peanut butter (just a smidge or ½ teaspoon) and your preserve (just a smidge or ½ teaspoon). You can put as much as you want but leave room to top off with the rest of the chocolate.  It’s YUMMY! Only 25-30 calories each.

Place in your freezer for 20 minutes.
